For the last 3 years we have fielded our annual Holiday Shopping Study. Since our respondents are representative of shoppers in the US, we tend to mirror and be predictive of holiday shopping patterns each year.
This year, we find that the \”Power of the Review\” is worth noting. The SheSpeaks Holiday Shopping Study found that 80% of women would NOT buy a gift that has negative online reviews EVEN if a friend/family specifically requested that gift.
